An application for fans of group trips, which synchronizes with existing WhatsApp groups in order to facilitate and reduce the awkwardness of organizing and planning a trip in a group of several participants. Allows collaborative editing and preliminary and real-time planning of routes and attractions, equipment and timings.
The Challenge
Planning a trip for a group of participants who are located in different places. Every time a group of friends tries to organize a trip in the existing WhatsApp group, endless links are sent from different friends to articles, publications and information about places.
The Idea
Creating one place that gathers all the information, an application that allows you to plan a trip together. Has access to WhatsApp groups, navigation and a map of the trip location. You can edit the route and make changes on the map, plan the route and pick-up points along the way, create a plan for the day that includes places to eat. Option to share photos of all participants and distribution of equipment and payment for related expenses throughout the day of the trip.

Research
When planning a day trip for a group of participants, after choosing a free date for everyone, choosing the location of the trip includes considering the weather. There are places that are suitable for a certain season, some travel sites require buying tickets in advance.
Where can you eat? In the place itself, on the way, need to bring it in advance?
What does everyone bring with them? Better to prevent excess or lack of supplies.
Who is where and how to reach the destination. What is the route, who is driving the car, where and when to be at the chosen pick-up point.
